clients – a fully accredited feedback-giver (qualified
to administer and interpret one or more of our instruments)
who has arranged for you to take one our CPPAP’s instruments
as part of a self-development or organisational development
program. After you have finished taking the instrument/s over
the internet, CPPAP will score your results and send them to your
feedback-giver who will arrange to meet with you and explain
your results.

| MBTI® Step I Instrument |
|
The
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Form M, consists of
93 items, administered over the internet. The administration
will take you about 20-30 minutes.
As
you respond to the questions, please imagine that you
are not at work. Instead, imagine that
you are at home, in casual clothes and feeling relaxed
and at peace with the world. If home is a troubled
place for you, imagine that you are on a resort island
enjoying a well-earned rest. Above all, answer the questions
as you really are, not as you might have to be for significant
other people in your life, or as you wish you were. Answer
the questions honestly and accurately, and you will get
a valid result from the MBTI® instrument. |

note, there are two versions of this instrument: you should
only take one version – the one indicated to you
by your feedback-giver prior to visiting this site.
Form
K consists of 131 items and will take you about 30 minutes
to complete.
Form
Q consists of 144 items and will take you about 35 minutes
to complete.

260® Instrument |

Consisting
of 260 items, this short-version of the CPI™ instrument will tell
you about your interpersonal behaviour, internal controls
and values, achievement needs and other work-related characteristics.
The results can be used for job recruitment and placement,
personal coaching and development and improved self-understanding.
It
will take you between 30 and 40 minutes to complete an
administration. Please be aware that there are sophisticated
lie and validity detectors embedded in this instrument.
Answer honestly and consistently to ensure the administration
is valid. |

| CPI™ Instrument |
 |
The
California Psychological Inventory™ was developed
more than 40 years ago as an objective measure of personality
and behaviour for recruitment purposes. This 434 item,
revised version is widely used by recruiters to ensure
a good fit of applicant with job and job with applicant.
It reports the same information as the CPI 260® instrument, but
uses more items to increase reliability and accuracy.
It
will take you between 50 and 60 minutes to complete an
administration. Please be aware that there are sophisticated
lie and validity detectors embedded in this instrument.
Answer honestly and consistently to ensure the administration

This assessment is a 30 item instrument which measures Expressed and Wanted interpersonal

 |
The
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument looks at conflict-handling
styles and how they affect personal and group dynamics.
There are 30 questions and it takes about 15 minutes to

 |
This
is a vocational tool, particularly useful for counsellors
working with students exploring career options and subject
choices, and for clients changing jobs and wishing to
reconsider all their interests and options. It consists
of 317 items that measure a person’s interest in
109 careers. Administration takes approximately 30 -
40 minutes. Several reports are available on completion:

Standard Profile report of 6 pages,

High School Profile report – for students,
- An
Interpretive Report – with expanded description
of scores
- A
Career Report – combining MBTI® results to produce
a 10 page report.

The Benchmarks® instrument is a comprehensive 360 degree assessment tool for experienced managers that
measures 16 skills and perspectives critical for success, as well as five possible career derailers.
The Benchmarks® instrument offers an in-depth look at development by assessing skills from a multitude of
leadership experiences, identifying what lessons may yet to be learned and helping the executive
determine what specific work experiences need to be sought out in order to develop critical skills
for success.
You have been asked to complete the survey either as a participant being rated or as someone
who can provide useful feedback as a rater. |

SKILLSCOPE® is a highly practical multi-rater feedback instrument for junior and middle
management and supervisory staff. SKILLSCOPE® enables individuals, groups and organisations
to quickly and easily identify their key strengths and developmental needs.
SKILLSCOPE® is based on what managers' job roles entail and the skills they require to be
effective within those roles. This 98-item questionnaire draws on 15 clusters of skills that are
proven to be critical to effectiveness in the workplace. |

| BarOn EQ-I® Instrument |

Emotional intelligence reflects the ways a person interacts with and applies his or her knowledge to daily life.
Broadly speaking, emotional intelligence addresses the emotional, personal, social and survival dimensions of
intelligence. EI is concerned with understanding oneself and others, relating to people, and adapting to and coping
with the immediate surroundings to be more successful in dealing with environmental demands.
You are about to read and respond to a series of items. An item can be worded as a question or a statement.
Please be prepared to complete the entire questionnaire in one session. If you take a break, the questionnaire might
end the session without saving your responses.
A high volume of internet traffic can cause delays during the administration. Please be patient while
pages load. Be sure to take your time to answer each question carefully. You should allow approximately
40 minutes to complete the assessment.
