Each instrument represented by CPP Asia Pacific addresses one or more areas that impact individual, team and organisational performance. These may include leadership and coaching, team development, communication, conflict management, change management, career exploration, recruitment and selection and talent retention.

The majority of instruments are what we call ‘Restricted’ and you need to be trained and certified to access them. This will ensure both that they are being used for the purpose for which they were designed and that they are being administered and interpreted correctly.

CPP Asia Pacific offers Certification Programs that will qualify you in the professional and ethical administration of these instruments.

Upon successful completion of any of our programs, you will gain a certificate of qualification to purchase and use the corresponding instrument and its reports.

Learning approach

The 16PF® Certification Program is facilitated by experienced psychologists. It involves a mix of approaches to give you the skills and knowledge to become a 16PF® practitioner. Participants undertake initial distance learning, completion of the 16PF® instrument and a 45 minute feedback session with member of the CPP Training Faculty. This is followed by a 3-day experiential workshop where you will gain practical experience using the 16PF® instrument.

Following the 3-day workshop, participants undertake fieldwork assignments, involving administering, interpreting and providing feedback with the 16PF® instrument, to complete the certification program.

This program is designed for:

  • Professionals involved in recruiting, developing and managing a workforce.
  • Professionals who have attained a university undergraduate degree qualification, or higher, in the areas of either psychology, human resources, organisational development, management, education or related disciplines.
